We offer several courses accredited for various healthcare organizations.
You can visit the Accreditation page of our website for more information on courses and boards they are accredited for.
Each of our courses are accredited for 1 CE credit covering a variety of topics.
You can browse our catalog to access a list of courses and filter by topic, profession, and state.
If you have re-purchased a course that you previously completed in the past, you will most likely find it under the Completed section of your dashboard.
Additionally, in some cases, there may be a delay or lost network connection when making the transaction for your course. If you are not seeing the course on your dashboard or under the Completed section, please contact us so that we can manually check on your order.
There are activities in each course that require user interaction where you may be asked to drag/drop objects, click through a series of icons, or enter text to move forward. Make sure you’ve fulfilled the necessary requirements to proceed.
If you are experiencing a potential technical issue, please refer to these initial troubleshooting steps:
- Ensure your Internet connection is stable and properly connected.
- Log out and reset your computer or browser. Additionally, clearing out your cache and cookies in your browsing history may reset any background tasks that may be “stuck” and preventing your course from loading properly.
- Try disabling third-party apps or browser plugins that can interfere with loading (ad-blockers, helper plugins, antivirus software)
If you continue to experience issues after going through the steps above, please contact us with your device and browser information as well as a screenshot of what you’re seeing for further assistance.
In order to access your certificate, you will need to fully complete the course module and, in some cases, a post-test and evaluation questionnaire.
When you get to the end of your course, be sure to click the Save & Exit button located in the upper-right of the screen. This will allow you to proceed to the next activities towards unlocking your certificate.
Note: You may access your certificate at any time through the Certificate section of the course module. Again, you will need to ensure all previous sections have been successfully completed.
After creating an account, you should receive an email with sign-in instructions. Be sure to check your junk folder for this email just in case.
