Who needs Washington Health Equity Training?

All healthcare professionals credentialed under Washington's Title 18 RCW, including nurses, doctors, mental health professionals, physical therapists, dentists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, social workers, and EMTs.

When does the mandate take effect?

The Washington State health equity continuing education requirement for healthcare professionals is in effect as of January 1, 2024.

How many hours of training do you need?

Washington State requires licensed healthcare professionals to take 2 hours of health equity continuing education every four years.
