Who needs to complete these trainings?

All healthcare professionals licensed by a Maryland health occupations board, including physicians, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, social workers, case managers, mental health practitioners, and wellness providers.

How many hours of training are required?

Two hours total: 1 hour of implicit bias training, and 1 hour of structural racism training. Both are one-time requirements.

Does the state of Maryland approve training providers?
