Target Audience
This activity is intended for physicians, physician assistant/physician associates, pharmacists, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, social workers, dietitians, optometrists, dentists, and other healthcare providers who care for patients.
 
Educational Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
  • Describe variations in vaccine readiness and hesitancy. 
  • Use techniques for expressing empathy and building trust. 
  • Respond to common vaccine myths with science-based information. 
  • Practice five research-based approaches for discussing vaccines with patients/families.

Partners is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

Social Work Continuing Education

ASWB Approved Continuing Education logoAs a Jointly Accredited Organization, Partners for Advancing Clinical Education is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved under this program. Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit. Social workers completing this course receive 1.0 Cultural Competency continuing education credits.

 

Dentist Continuing Education

Partners for Advancing Clinical Education (Partners) is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry.

 

Partners designates this activity for 1.0 continuing education credits.
