Megan Bedford

Director of Marketing & Communications

Megan Bedford leads marketing, communications, and design at Quality Interactions, as well as supports course and product development. She has consulted independently with corporate and non-profit organizations, worked as a freelance writer and videographer, and taught students from kindergarten to college. Megan holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Emerson College, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of New Hampshire.

Previously, Megan led communications at two educational non-profits, the Efficacy Institute and the Quaglia Institute for Student Aspirations. She primarily worked with inner city youth to improve their academic performance, learn the art of effective verbal and visual communications, and step up as leaders and mentors in their schools and neighborhoods.

Megan joined Quality Interactions in 2014 to apply her professional skill set to a new social mission of equity in healthcare. She is proud to be part of team so deeply committed to improving the health and well-being of all individuals, regardless of culture, background, or beliefs.
