Michele Courton Brown leads strategic growth and development of Quality Interactions, and guides daily operations within the company. Michele has over 25 years of experience in leading, managing, and providing strategic direction to corporate, philanthropic, and nonprofit organizations. Most recently, Michele served as Chief Operating Officer of the Efficacy Institute, a national education reform organization, where she oversaw operations and was engaged in program expansion, client relations, staff development, marketing, and the formation of strategic partnerships. Previously, she was an executive at Bank of America and its legacy companies.
A graduate of Boston University with a B.A. in economics, Michele is completing a M.S. in Health Communications from her alma mater. She is an alumni of the LearnLaunch Breakthrough Program, the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program, and the Initiative for a Competitive Inner-City’s Capital Connections Program.
Michele currently serves as vice-chair of the board of the Judge Baker Children's Center, vice-chair of Health Resources in Action’s board of directors, and as a director of YouthBuild USA and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston. Previously, Michele served as Vice Chair of MassPro, a federally designated healthcare Quality Improvement Organization (QIO), and as a trustee of Faulkner Hospital.
