What Domains/IP Addresses Should be Safelisted for Accessing Courses?

If your network or device has a firewall or network access control enabled, you may need to explicitly allow the domains we use to deliver content to ensure that you and your learners can access courses hosted on the Quality Interactions LMS.

Specific IP addresses cannot be provided for safelisting. The Quality Interactions learning portal uses AWS for content delivery so IP addresses can be updated without notice.

Instead, you can use the Cloudfront URL's and platform domain that need to be safelisted in order for content to be delivered.

Please add the following domains to your allow list/safelist:
