If you experience a problem with text displaying incorrectly, such as missing characters, garbled text, or incomplete words, this is most likely a problem with your browser supporting web font downloads.
This issue typically affects Internet Explorer users who have either disabled font downloads or have network security restrictions that prevent Web fonts from loading.
If your organization manages your computer for you, contact your IT administrator for help in configuring web fonts in your browser.
If you are using Internet Explorer, you can check your settings and enable web fonts as follows:
- In Internet Explorer, click the gear icon or the Tools menu, then choose Internet options.
- When the Internet Options window appears, select the Security tab, choose the Internet zone, and click Custom level.
- When the Security Settings window appears, scroll to the Downloads section and enable the Font download setting.
- Click OK twice to save your settings, then close and reopen Internet Explorer.
You can also try testing in a different browser in order to finish a course.
