Our eLearning portfolio includes foundational courses in cultural competency, as well as a library of clinical and non-clinical Test Your Skills™ courses that address an array of issues related to cross-cultural care. These mini-courses take about 30 minutes to complete, and are designed to reflect actual patient or client/member interactions.

Our quick-access reference site provides essential information to help care providers improve their communications and manage daily cross-cultural challenges. Presented through the lens of the person-based approach, the QI Resource Center includes information about cultural/ethnic origins, common cross-cultural issues, and core cultural competency concepts.
Our flexible, live training model helps reinforce core cultural competency models, and connect learning to clients’ unique daily challenges.
