Prior to joining Quality Interactions, Kim spent the majority of her career in information technology, working for several national financial institutions including Mercantile Bank and Nationwide Insurance as Project Manager specializing in client support, operations, and project management. Kim earned her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration-Management Information Systems from University of Missouri - St. Louis.
